Azure

Azure development for Microsoft-centred companies

Azure is the natural platform when identity, Microsoft 365, and often .NET are already how the company works. UAE regions exist for workloads that should sit there. We use them when your constraint says so, and we keep the design small enough to operate.

  • App hosting
  • Identity integration
  • UAE region deployment
  • Migration off a single server

What we build

Application hosting, databases, file storage, and background jobs, with access through your existing directory. Pipelines deploy from the repository. Production access is a role, not a shared password in a chat.

When AWS or Google Cloud is clearer

If the engineering team and the rest of the product already live on AWS, moving one service to Azure for variety is a tax. Google Cloud may fit a data-heavy or multi-cloud group that has already chosen it. The decision is written down in the proposal so it can be challenged.

Azure when identity is already there

Azure helps

  • Microsoft identity you already use
  • .NET services beside it
  • A subscription the company owns

Azure is optional

  • A Java estate with no Microsoft pull
  • A rewrite to justify the logo
  • Every Azure service in one picture

What we confirm

01

The tenant

Whose directory, and which subscription, before any resource is created.

02

The data

Same region question as any cloud: where this information is allowed to sit.

03

The operators

If the team lives in another cloud, say so. Familiarity beats a brochure.

Before an Azure subscription is used

  1. 01

    The tenant

    Whose directory, and which subscription.

  2. 02

    Identity

    The sign-in you already use.

  3. 03

    The data

The region rule, said out loud.

  4. 04

    The team

If they live in another cloud, say so.

Marks Azure matches the tenant

  1. 01

    It matches the estate

The directory, the existing Microsoft systems, or the team’s skill is the reason.

  2. 02

    The company tenant

Identity is the organisation’s tenant, not a personal subscription.

  3. 03

    A resource has an owner

Production resources are named, with access limited to people.

  4. 04

    Region is a decision

Where data sits was chosen, and written down, before the build grew.

What we build

App hosting

A runtime and data tier matched to a .NET or other application you can explain.

Identity integration

Sign-in and admin roles aligned with the directory you already govern.

UAE region deployment

Used when residency or latency requires it, documented as a choice.

Migration off a single server

A move from a fragile VM to a setup you can rebuild.

Questions we hear

Do you require .NET on Azure?

No. Azure hosts other stacks. .NET is simply the common pairing, described on the .NET page.

Can you manage tenants and subscriptions cleanly?

We will insist on it. A single subscription with everyone as owner is not a design we will extend.

Do you offer Azure cost optimisation as a standalone audit?

We can review waste as part of an engagement. A slide of recommendations with nobody to implement them is not the offer.
