Software and AI for fintech teams

We build the software around financial products: customer onboarding, servicing portals, operations workflow, and internal assistants. We do not treat a payments licence or a core banking replacement as a casual first sprint.

  • Onboarding workflows
  • Servicing portals
  • Operations casework
  • Procedure assistants

Where a software partner is useful

Fintech teams often need a customer experience and an operations desk that the core ledger does not provide. Banks often need a workflow around complaints, onboarding exceptions, or relationship manager tools. In both cases the source of truth for money should be explicit, and our system should post to it rather than quietly become a second ledger.

Controls before features

Identity, entitlements, audit, and environment separation are part of the first design. An AI assistant in this sector answers only from approved procedures and the records that user may see. It does not give financial advice, and it does not move funds.

Experience around the ledger

A first release can be

  • An onboarding queue with a history
  • A servicing view of what that user may see
  • A procedure assistant for staff

Not a casual sprint

  • A core banking replacement
  • An unsupervised credit decision
  • Card data stored because it was convenient

What changes fintech work

01

The ledger

Our system should post to the source of money, not become a second one.

02

The entitlement

What a customer and a relationship manager may see is the product.

03

Advice

An assistant can quote your procedure. It does not give financial advice or move funds.

What a fintech brief must name

  1. 01

    The ledger

Where money is true. We post to it.

  2. 02

    The user

Customer, operations, or a relationship manager.

  3. 03

    The entitlement

    What that person may see.

  4. 04

    The line

No unsupervised credit decision, and no card data kept for convenience.

Marks a finance build stays inside its role

  1. 01

    Roles are explicit

Who may view, approve, or move a record is a permission, tested.

  2. 02

    Movement is logged

A change to a balance or a payment leaves who did it and when.

  3. 03

    A person approves

Sending money or changing a limit is not an unattended job.

  4. 04

    Licence stays yours

We build the software. Regulatory permission is your advisor’s subject, not a claim on this site.

Systems that fit

Onboarding workflows

Applications, document chase, and exception queues with a full history.

Servicing portals

What a customer or a relationship manager is allowed to see and request.

Operations casework

Disputes, refunds, and manual reviews with owners and deadlines.

Procedure assistants

Staff answers cited from your procedures, not from the open internet.

Questions we hear

Can you build a digital bank core?

We do not pitch ourselves as a core-banking vendor. We build the experience and operations layers, and integrate with the ledger you choose.

Do you handle card data?

We design so that card data stays with a certified processor whenever possible. Scope that touches cardholder data is called out early, because it changes the project.

Can AI approve a loan?

We will not ship an unsupervised credit decision. A model may prepare a file for a person who is accountable for the decision.
