Manufacturing
Software for manufacturers who need the floor and the order to agree
Manufacturers need to know what was promised, what is on the floor, and what failed inspection. We build the operational record between sales and the warehouse, in a first release sized to one line or one product family.
- Work orders
- Materials
- Quality records
- Customer order link

Start with the argument you already have
It is usually “the order said” versus “the floor made”. A shared work order, a material issue, and a finished quantity with a timestamp end that argument. Full APS and machine-level SCADA are separate specialties. We integrate with machines when there is a sane interface, and we do not invent one.
Quality and traceability
If a batch must be traceable, that is a data model decision on day one: lot numbers, the inspection result, and who released it. Adding traceability after a year of anonymous stock is a migration, and we will plan it as one.
The order and the batch
Visible first
- The order and its status
- The batch or lot you must trace
- The quality note that blocks a shipment
Scoped per machine
- A plant-wide claim with no protocol list
- A lights-out factory
- A model that releases goods alone
What changes factory software
The trace
If a recall has to find a lot, that identifier is the release, not a report later.
The machine
We connect what exposes data you are allowed to use. Each integration is named.
The hold
Quality has to be able to stop a batch. A dashboard that cannot is only a picture.
What a factory brief needs
- 01
The order
The status people ask for on the floor.
- 02
The lot
The identifier a recall would have to find.
- 03
The hold
Who can stop a batch, and how.
- 04
The machine
Only the devices that expose data you may use.
Marks a batch can be followed
- 01
A batch has a status
Released, held, or finished is explicit.
- 02
Material is issued
What left the store is on the batch that used it.
- 03
A hold stops the next step
Quality can block progress until the hold is cleared.
- 04
The count matches
Finished quantity agrees with the order it was made for.
What we build
Work orders
What to make, the status, and the quantity actually completed.
Materials
Issues to the job and a stock position purchasing can believe.
Quality records
Checks, failures, and the release of a batch.
Customer order link
The sales promise tied to the job that is supposed to fulfil it.

Questions we hear
Can you replace our ERP?
We usually build the plant layer the ERP does not fit, or the modules described on the ERP page. A big-bang ERP replacement is rarely the fastest way to make the floor agree with the order.
Do you connect machines?
When the machine or its gateway exposes data you are allowed to use. We scope each integration. A plant-wide claim without a protocol list is not a quote.
Is Sharjah or Dubai industrial work different?
The software is driven by the process, not the emirate. The location pages cover how those projects are usually staffed and bought.
