Hotel management
Hotel management software beside the system you already run the night on
Hotel management software, for us, is the operational layer around a stay: requests, departmental work, and guest communication. We integrate with a property management system when you already have one that front desk trusts.
- Request inbox
- Department tasks
- Stay context
- Group view

Do not casually replace the night audit
Reservations, folios, and night audit are a specialised core. Replacing them is a different risk from giving housekeeping and the desk a shared task list. We start at the pain: missed requests, guests writing into a void, or a group that cannot see issues across properties.
A sample, not a client story
The hotel guest assistant case study is a concept of how messaging and tasks fit together. It is labelled as a sample. It is not a hotel we are claiming to have delivered.
Requests and a truthful stay
At the desk
- The stay the department can see
- The request and who took it
- The note for the next shift
Not this product
- Channel management for the world
- A guest argument about a charge
- Replacing the property system
What changes hotel operations software
Departments
Housekeeping, front desk, and maintenance need the same request and different views.
The night
The tool has to be faster than the paper it replaces.
The guest
Messages about wifi and requests are in. Billing disputes are a person.
What hotel operations need named
- 01
Departments
Who must see a request: desk, housekeeping, maintenance.
- 02
The stay
The system that already owns the room.
- 03
The shift
How the note is passed tonight.
- 04
The guest line
Requests in. Billing disputes out.
Marks the hotel day can close
- 01
A room has one status
Occupied, dirty, or ready is what housekeeping and the desk both see.
- 02
The folio matches the stay
Charges for that room and those dates are on that stay.
- 03
A request arrives
A department receives the guest request with the room on it.
- 04
Night audit means something
What “closed for the day” includes is written, then the screen supports it.
What we build
Request inbox
One queue for web, WhatsApp, and the desk, with an owner.
Department tasks
Housekeeping, maintenance, and front office see the work that is theirs.
Stay context
The room and dates, read from the system that already holds the reservation.
Group view
Property-level access and a summary that does not mix guest data carelessly.

Questions we hear
Can this take direct bookings?
It can front a booking flow for add-ons or simple stays if that is the scope. A full distribution and channel manager is named separately if you need it. See booking software.
Will staff need another login at 11 p.m.?
Only if it is faster than the paper or the chat they use now. Adoption is a design constraint, not a training afterthought.
Can AI answer guests?
For hours, wifi, and requests that create a task, yes. For billing disputes and complaints, the person at the desk gets the thread.
