Education

Software for schools, training centres, and education groups

Education operators need admissions, fees, attendance, and a parent or student view that matches the office record. We build that operational system, including the communication that should not live only in a teacher’s personal chat.

  • Admissions
  • Student operations
  • Parent and student portals
  • Staff timetable tools

Term-based products

A school calendar, a course intake, and a corporate training schedule fail in different places. We model the one you run. The first release usually covers enrolment and the daily status someone at reception is asked for, before anyone attempts a full learning-management replacement.

Guardians, students, and staff

These are different logins. A parent portal that exposes another family’s data is an incident, not a bug to fix later. Messaging and AI assistants, if used, answer from published policies and timetables, and they hand academic concerns to a person.

Admissions and the term people run

The first term tool

  • The application or enrolment step
  • The timetable or class a parent can see
  • The staff list that must stay private

A later term

  • A full campus suite
  • Automated grading of judgement
  • A parent bot that changes a fee

What changes education software

01

Who the user is

Applicant, student, parent, and teacher do not share one home screen.

02

The term

The release has to land before the intake you care about, or it waits for the next one.

03

Fees

Showing a fee is smaller than collecting it. Say which one is in scope.

What a school or college brief needs

  1. 01

    The user

Applicant, student, parent, or teacher. One first.

  2. 02

    The term

The intake the release has to land before.

  3. 03

    The private list

What staff data a parent must not see.

  4. 04

    Fees

Show a fee, or collect it. They are different scopes.

Marks a student file is one file

  1. 01

    One student

Enrolment, classes, and notes point at the same person.

  2. 02

    A class has a roster

Attendance is the list for that session, not a separate sheet.

  3. 03

    Fees are separate

A balance does not overwrite attendance, and the other way around.

  4. 04

    A parent sees their child

A family login cannot open another family’s record.

What we build

Admissions

Applications, documents, and an offer status the family can see.

Student operations

Enrolment, sections, and the attendance or progress fields you actually use.

Parent and student portals

Fees, schedules, and announcements with the right audience.

Staff timetable tools

A view of who is where, without a wall of unmanaged spreadsheets.

Questions we hear

Can you replace our learning management system?

Only when there is a clear reason. Often the pain is admissions and parent communication, and the LMS can stay.

Do you build for training companies as well as schools?

Yes. Corporate training needs cohorts, instructors, and certificates more than a school bell schedule. The data model changes, and we will not pretend it does not.

Can AI tutor students?

We do not ship an unsupervised tutor as a substitute for teaching. An assistant that explains a published timetable or policy is a different, narrower product.
