Sample: a field app for jobs completed away from the office
This sample is a mobile app for technicians or site staff who close a job away from a desk. The office sees status, photos, and exceptions. It is a concept for logistics or construction flavours, not a named rollout.
Sample solution. This describes a concept we use to show the shape of a build. It is not a client engagement and it is not a result from a completed customer project.
The loop
A coordinator assigns a job. The person in the field opens it, captures the result, and moves on. If there is no signal, the result waits on the phone and syncs later. The office does not find out by a phone call at the end of the day.
First release boundaries
One job type, photos, a short exception list, and an admin list. Routing optimisation, invoicing, and customer tracking pages are later. Flutter or React Native is chosen from the team that will own it, not from this concept.
What must be true
Jobs already exist in some system or sheet that can be imported. Store accounts belong to the company. A supervisor has agreed which exceptions are allowed, so the app is not an open text box nobody reads.
